they designed the logo this way because it's in the style of school tables and kids sitting around them, the school desks are unorganized meaning that the school doesn't car about it's appearance with paper and utensils left everywhere. and that the Tv series is around a school and students there.
I have chosen this photo because it's in a style of the teachers are looking relaxed, (maybe the students have gone home or the school holidays?) and there wearing their school ties outside the front of the school.
Waterloo road starts at 8PM on every wednesday, they schedule it as this time as it's middle of the evening and most people are watching previous TV and that wednesday is mid week meaning it's the right time to broadcast it.
